One-on-One Nutrition & Wellness Consultations

One-on-one consultations are the perfect place for most clients to start.

Prior to your appointment, you'll complete a comprehensive intake form regarding your health history and current habits.

During your 90-minute initial consultation, we'll discuss your current concerns and symptoms, dietary and lifestyle habits, wellness goals and more.

Together, we'll develop a plan to get you where you want to be, breaking things down into manageable steps that fit into your life. You'll leave the initial consultation with recommendations to start on and goals for the next meeting.

Follow up appointments are typically 60 minutes, though 30 minute follow ups are now available and popular as you progress. During each follow up appointment, we'll talk about your progress and challenges, tweaking our goals and strategies along the way to help you reach success.

Also offering online consultations! Contact me for more info.

Pantry and Kitchen Clean Outs

This service was specifically developed to assist the newly diagnosed celiac or other client who needs to follow a strict gluten free diet. It is helpful for homes that will be entirely gluten free, as well as those that will not be completely gluten free. The Pantry & Kitchen Clean Out includes:
  • Identifying and removing sources of gluten currently in your home
  • Discussing hidden sources of gluten
  • Identifying potential issues with cross contamination
  • If desired, educating others in the home about the importance of a gluten free environment and their role in maintaining it for their loved one(s).
The Pantry & Kitchen Clean Out can also be helpful for those avoiding other food allergens, or simply as a way to begin your individual journey by starting fresh! We can talk about what you need and develop a plan for you.

 Grocery Store Tours

We can navigate the grocery store together to help empower you to shop with confidence and learn some tips and tricks for making each trip easier.

Plus, learn more about the food in your grocery store, how to read labels, and how to choose the best for yourself and your family.
